Ready to Hang means the painting has been stretched over a wood frame, it's ready to hang!
Rolled Canvas means it's canvas only, rolled up. You will need to build your own frame or take it to an art/hobby store and have them do it. If you build the frame yourself, you can save money, if you take it to the art/hobby store, you could be paying hundreds more.
